To confirm your booking, a deposit is required. The deposit amount varies depending on the tour and will be communicated at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where Oryx Voyage cancels the tour. Bookings are considered confirmed only after the deposit is received and a confirmation email has been sent to the traveler.
The remaining balance, if applicable, must be paid at least 15 days before the start of the tour. Failure to settle the balance by this deadline may result in automatic cancellation of your booking, with forfeiture of the deposit.
Oryx Voyage waives its service fees for visa processing when booking a tour. Travelers can choose between a regular visa obtained through the consulate or a visa on arrival, where available. Government visa fees, whether at consulates for regular visas or at the airport for visa on arrival, are the responsibility of the traveler.
It is the traveler’s responsibility to provide accurate personal information and all necessary documents for visa processing. Oryx Voyage will not be liable for visa rejections due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
All payments must be made in US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) unless otherwise specified. Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other methods communicated at the time of booking.
Full payment is required at least 15 days before departure. Partial payments or late payments may result in booking cancellation.
Tour prices generally include transportation, accommodation, meals as specified in the itinerary, guided tours, entrance fees, permits, and bottled water where provided.
Exclusions may include international flights, government visa fees, personal expenses such as shopping, tips, telephone calls, travel insurance, optional activities not specified in the itinerary, and accommodation or meals not included in the itinerary.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Telephone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation policy is as follows:
More than 30 days before departure: Deposit is non-refundable; remaining balance refundable if paid.
15–30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour price is non-refundable.
Less than 14 days before departure: 100% of the total tour price is non-refundable.
Oryx Voyage reserves the right to cancel a tour for operational reasons. In such cases, a full refund will be issued, or an alternative date may be offered.
All travelers must obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, personal injury, repatriation, trip cancellation, and theft or loss of personal belongings. Oryx Voyage is not responsible for any costs arising from the lack of insurance.
Oryx Voyage acts as a tour operator and strives to provide safe and high-quality services. Travelers participate in tours at their own risk. Oryx Voyage is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss/damage to personal belongings. Delays or failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control are also outside our liability.
Oryx Voyage is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control. These include natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, transportation delays, pandemics, or any other events preventing the tour from proceeding as planned. In such cases, Oryx Voyage will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternatives, but refunds may be limited to unused services.
Travelers may request amendments to bookings, including changes to dates, accommodations, or activities, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply, and all amendments must be submitted in writing and confirmed by Oryx Voyage.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are fit for the activities listed in the itinerary. Certain tours may require moderate to high fitness levels. Travelers with pre-existing medical conditions must inform Oryx Voyage at the time of booking.
Hotels and lodgings are selected based on the itinerary and availability. Oryx Voyage reserves the right to substitute accommodations of similar quality if necessary. Transportation during the tour is arranged by Oryx Voyage, including buses, vans, and flights where specified. Delays or changes may occur due to weather, traffic, or operational issues.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Algeria. Any disputes arising from or related to the booking will be subject to the jurisdiction of Algerian courts.
Personal information provided by travelers will be handled in accordance with data protection laws. Information may be shared with service providers necessary for the tour, including airlines, hotels, and local operators.
