The Agency Manager (Chef d’Agence) is responsible for leading all daily operations of Oryx Voyage.
This key role ensures that the agency runs smoothly, clients receive exceptional service, staff members are supported, and all departments work efficiently together.
The manager must demonstrate leadership, organization, and a strong understanding of the travel industry.
Supervise and support the team (consultants, reservations, admin, guides).
Plan work schedules and assign tasks to team members.
Organize regular meetings to review performance and resolve issues.
Train new employees and ensure continuous professional development.
Oversee daily agency operations (bookings, itineraries, tours).
Ensure accuracy in reservations, payments, and documentation.
Coordinate with guides, drivers, and partners to guarantee smooth tours.
Follow procedures and enforce operational standards.
Review invoices, payments, and supplier accounts.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports.
Assist in budget preparation and operational planning.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and insurance requirements.
